What patient rewards are available for me to use in office?

We accept Evolus Rewards, Allē Rewards and Galderma Rewards to redeem towards your treatment with us! We are happy to tell our patients about the many ways to save with TEMPO!

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you please give us a 48 hour courtesy of any cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee. We ask that you please honor your provider’s time!

Do you recommend an in office consultation?

Yes. A consultation is critically important to create a wellness or aesthetic plan with your provider and learn what is best for your aesthetic goals.   We also offer consultations virtually!

What if I cannot make it in person for my consultation?

We offer consultations virtually! We are here to help you and cannot wait to start your wellness or aesthetic journey with you! You will need a quiet, well lit space, email address, and to complete your online check-in before your appointment.

What can I do to prevent bruising or swelling post injectable treatment?

Swelling and bruising can be unpredictable at times but we are here to help prevent those things! We recommend avoiding alcohol or blood thinners a few days pre injections to minimize the risk of excess swelling and bruising! We also recommend starting Arnica a few days pre injections if this is a major concern!

How soon do I have to wait to exercise post injections?

We recommend waiting 24 hours to exercise post injectable treatment. 

How can I further enhance my results and take care of my skin?

Home care!! We recommend our patients to find a medical grade skincare routine that works for them. At TEMPO, we have a variety of skincare products that treat your concerns and keep your skin healthy for that TEMPO Glow!
